Oil Smooth Long-lasting-kun
Oil Smooth Long-lasting Guy
The Long-lasting-kun is a device that activates cooking oils, such as edible oils and tempura oils, to extend the lifespan of the oil itself and reduce the cost of cooking oil by 15% to 35%. It can be used safely as it does not use electricity, magnets, or chemicals, and can be easily attached to fryers or pots. The product line mainly consists of two types: a sink type that can be submerged directly (plate or semicircular type) and an external type that attaches to the outside of the fryer. It improves the quality of the oil to make it less viscous, preventing stomach discomfort, heartburn, and being gentle on metabolic health. Typically, when cooking oil is used, it emulsifies, and debris containing moisture separates from the oil, settling at the bottom due to specific gravity, leading to oil degradation. However, the Long-lasting-kun utilizes a nano-tech beam principle developed in collaboration with Kanazawa University. Without using electricity or magnets, it generates weak potential differences from dissimilar metals and minerals, as well as weak magnetic fields, weak electric fields, and weak far-infrared rays. This ultra-weak current, called "Nano-Tech Beam Ion," along with the weak magnetic field and weak far-infrared rays, synergistically acts on the oil, breaking down the molecules and separating moisture that comes with fried foods from the oil, thereby suppressing emulsification and preventing oxidation.
